ICD Fellowship is an honorary title reserved for dentists and non- dentists who have served and contributed significantly to the dental profession and dental health either locally or internationally.

Fellowship is by invitation or nomination only.

If you are interested to become an ICD fellow. You may fill up the form below and submit your Biography in particular highlight your achievements to the dental profession and dental health. If you know any ICD fellows, you may request them to support your nomination. If not you may still submit and the Credential Committee shall assess your eligibility and revert to you in due time.
